Jim Lanzalotto
Founder and CEO
Jim Lanzalotto, CEO of Scanlon.Louis, is an award-winning marketing and eBusiness leader with 25+ years of leading-edge experience for some of America's highest-impact B2B brands.
He started Scanlon.Louis with the fundamental belief that -- regardless of the economic environment -- companies need outsourced strategy and marketing resources to build the go-to-market programs that help them grow.
Jim's background is ideally suited for this venture. For Yoh, a unit of Day & Zimmermann and market leading provider of talent and outsourcing services, Jim was instrumental in cementing the company's reputation as a unique click-and-mortar business and high-value service provider. And his team produced the best marketing programs in a $130 Billion market in 2006 and 2008 by winning the Communications Award in the VOICE competition.
He has also architected highly-effective customer-centric programs. Peppers & Rogers commented that The Customer Wave, Day & Zimmermann's approach to CRM, "lays the foundation for distinct differentiation in the marketplace."
Jim has also been recognized for his expertise in developing unique and compelling new products and go-to-market programs. The Yoh Exchange, an online marketplace, won an ASUG Impact Award for product innovation in the SAP ecosystem. And for Rosenbluth, he built a series of new interactive and virtual travel services that paved a unique path in the hypercompetitive travel industry.
Jim is a sought-after writer and speaker on the economy, innovation, customer relationships and digital marketing. In the past, he has spoken on these topics at private company events as well as to groups such as The Conference Board, National Investor Relations Institute, Americas SAP Users Group, the Australian Business Travel Association, Staffing Industry Analysts and FOX News. He was recently named to the Staffing 100 as an Innovator and Thought Leader.
Jim has a BA from Delaware and an MBA from Drexel.
